- pretty little Review added: 2018.11.23★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I ordered 4 reinforced glass shelves from them at the beginning of December with the promise they would be ready for collection on the 17th of the same month. The date was put back and back six times. No phone call, just our builder going to pick them up and told they were not ready. I finally cancelled the order I had paid for last week as my builder on going again to pick them up last Thursday was told that they would now not be ready until the 17th. I went in to complain and they couldn’t be less bothered, with the owner of GTI sat, feet up on the desk, telling me it wasn’t his fault. I wanted to support local business and now I am having them done by Basingstoke Glass who are lovely. I will never use GTI again and would strongly urge anyone considering to have work done to go elsewhere. I wouldn't even give one star but you can't post the review unless you do. 0 out of 10
